Dealer Requirement

Qualification

A company or group registered and operating in accordance with local market laws

Industry Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience with mainstream automotive brands, representing 2-3 brands, with represented brands ranking TOP 3 in regional performance

Financial Capacity

Investment scale: 24 months operational expenses for a single outlet + 3 months inventory financing funds (own funds, credit lines, credit)

Team Configuration

Establish a dedicated team set up according to LEPAS brand requirements

Facility Requirements

Independent showroom built according to LEPAS brand requirements

Brand Identity

Embrace LEPAS automotive business philosophy and sales model, possess full confidence in LEPAS automotive, and have long-term development plans

Social Resources

Have access to key account customers, or other social resources in the region

Reputation & Compliance

No records of poor credit, illegal guarantees, or other adverse records for the corporate legal person and affiliated companies
